if you didn’t notice , but in the top of every page on the main site ( http://egmedicine.com ) you will see a search box which is provided by google custom search engine , that makes it easier for you to search all posts from across our network.

there’re also 2 pages and 2 side bar tabs

the pages are :

http://egmedicine.com/newest-100/ which shows the newest 100 blogs on our systerm , you can see your blog here once you create it

and http://egmedicine.com/latest-updated/ which displays the latest 100 blogs with new posts or pages

from the side bar you can find the same functions too , click on New or Updated links in the box on the right and you can see newest 10 blogs and latest 10 updated blogs from our system

there’s an easier option if you can use RSS reader , just subscribe to our feed which crawl the latest blog posts from all over the network http://feeds.feedburner.com/egmedicine , there’s an email subscription option for this too , just below the search box in the top of the page
